HOW DO I RETURN MY ALMA DE AGUA?

If the unfortunate event happens that you want to make a return or change of size; don't worry!

Send us an email and we will proceed with the change of size, or the return of your Alma de Agua and a full refund of your money (not including shipping costs).

It is important for you to know that returns are only accepted for parts that do not show signs of use, are in perfect condition, continue with original product labels and hygienic protector.

Returns will only be accepted 7 days after your purchase.
