HOW DO I RETURN MY ALMA DE AGUA?

In the unfortunate event that you want to make a return or exchange for a different size, don’t worry!

Send us an email and we will proceed with the size exchange or the return of your Alma de Agua and a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

It’s important to note that only items that show no signs of use, are in perfect condition, still have the original product tags, and the hygienic protector will be accepted for returns.

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of your purchase.

This applies only to purchases within the Mexican market.
